Create a Team Space and add the most important items Whether you’re in marketing, sales, or RevOps, every team has the ability to create a space and add the items – metrics, goals, dashboards, and reports – that are most important to them. Control who can access your team space To keep the data secure and relevant, team owners can control who joins and views each team space by choosing from three privacy settings: Open, Closed, or Private. For example, Leadership might create a team space and set the privacy to ‘Private’ to limit access to only a select group, while Sales could set their team to ‘Open’ to allow everyone in the organization to explore the space and view key insights. Organize your space with sections Within each Team space, you can create Sections to further organize your metrics, goals, dashboards, and reports by department or key function. For example, a VP of Marketing might structure their space with sections for Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, and Product Marketing, adding the relevant metrics under each section to help everyone see how each area is performing. Add team members to their dedicated spaces Add users to their team spaces so they can track performance at a glance. A sales rep can log into the Sales Team space to monitor progress towards their targets, while a Product Manager can access the Product Team space to track adoption and user engagement across tools.
