Emil is the Director of Support at Databox. He began his journey as a support specialist and now leads the entire support function—fostering a culture of proactive, empathetic customer service while also overseeing the Databox Community and the Product Roadmap. Emil believes great support starts with strong onboarding and effective internal knowledge sharing. Outside of work, he enjoys anything related to music and hiking with his family.
