Can I get alerted if I'm unlikely to hit a goal?
Yes. You can set two kinds of Alerts—the first notifies you if you are likely/unlikely to hit your goal after 70% of the specific time period has passed, and the second type of Alert will tell you whether or not you’ve hit your goal once the specified time period has expired.
Do I need to be a user to track goals in Databox?
Only Databox users can create Goals and track them on the Goals page. But, Goals can be added to your dashboards using the Gauge or Progress visualization type. This means that anyone with access to the dashboard (including non-users) can track Goals.
As an Agency, can I track all my client's goals in one place?
You can use the Goals Overview to track all the goals that you have set up for your clients in one place.
Can I create goals based on percentage increases?
At the moment, you can only set goals using specific numerical values. If you’d like the ability to create goals based on percentage increase, feel free to upvote this capability on our roadmap.
Can I add my Goal to a dashboard?
Yes! Our business goals app lets you drag and drop a visualization type that supports Goals onto your dashboard. You can learn more here.
