Our hiring process has multiple stages that include a submitted application, an initial call with our Head of People, an assignment to showcase your skills, an interview with a senior member of our team, and finally, a job offer. To learn more about our hiring process, click here.
We take onboarding seriously since we want to make sure all new hires are confident, well-informed, and comfortable when starting in their new role. We believe in our product and use it daily, so we want new team members to know all the bells and whistles before getting under the hood of it. Each new team member goes through an individual set of onboarding tasks, adjusted to their role, and aimed to make them familiar with our product, our way of work, and our internal processes. The onboarding usually lasts between 2 weeks and 2 months (depending on the role) and includes one-on-one support from the manager. To learn more about our onboarding process, click here.
