If you want to get a glimpse of what your data might look like in a template, hover over the dashboard and click the Preview button.
To use a template, click the green Use Template button and select the appropriate data source connection from the drop-down menu. The dashboard is now yours to keep and customize!
Let’s say you’re browsing the template library and you can’t seem to find a dashboard that covers exactly what you need. Instead of building something from scratch, find a template that is a close match to what you’re looking for and download it to your account.
Then, press the blue Edit button. From there, you’ll be able to easily add or remove metrics, update the layout, adjust your metric settings, and make the dashboard look and feel a little more like your own.
Once you’ve downloaded a dashboard template to your account, you can easily share your performance with your team or client using a shareable link. This means that anyone with the shareable link will have access to the dashboard and will be able to interact with the data.
With Databoard permissions you can easily manage who has access to your dashboards to ensure only authorized team members are able to view and edit the data.
