Discover how Palram reduced Cost Per Lead by Up to 20%, with scalable dashboards built to centralize performance from Google Ads, social platforms, and HubSpot.
Yael Ankori is the Marketing Manager at Palram Industries, a global manufacturer specializing in thermoplastic sheets and finished products. Serving a wide range of industries, from construction and agriculture to advertising and industrial applications, Palram operates worldwide. Yael oversees all digital marketing channels globally, including campaign management, CRM and automation in HubSpot, and website performance.
Like many international companies, Palram faced the challenge of managing fragmented data spread across multiple platforms. Without a centralized system, gathering performance metrics from Google Ads, social platforms, and HubSpot required hours of manual effort.
“We had to build metrics again and again, gathering information manually from different channels,” Yael explained. This lack of integration made it difficult to cross-reference data, slowed reporting, and limited visibility for decision-makers. Presenting results to stakeholders was time-consuming and often inconsistent.
When Yael stepped into her role, Palram was already using Databox in a limited way. Recognizing its untapped potential, she decided to dig deeper. After researching other platforms, she proposed a deeper investment in Databox.
“I went to my VP and said, ‘Give me a month or two to really learn the platform,’” Yael said. With internal support and close collaboration with their Databox Customer Success Manager, she committed to fully implementing the platform.
The key to success was expanding the number of connected digital channels and building custom metrics tailored to their needs. Yael appreciated Databox’s ease of use and aesthetic dashboards, which allowed her to present campaign data clearly and beautifully.
“As a designer, visuals matter to me. With Databox, I could present cross-channel results to managers in seconds.“
Support from the Databox team also played a vital role. “Vitor quickly understood our needs. His creativity and product knowledge helped us fulfill every request.”
To gain buy-in, Yael demonstrated quick wins. “One marketing manager questioned a campaign’s value. I built a dashboard just for her, showing it was actually a great investment. That convinced leadership.“
With Databox, Palram transformed its marketing operations:
“Now I can instantly show how a campaign generates leads, boosts website traffic, and impacts the business. It’s powerful.“
“I’m studying digital management right now, and I already recommend Databox in class. It’s the clearest, easiest, and most visually appealing platform for reporting.”
When asked how she’d feel if Databox were taken away, Yael didn’t hesitate: “I can’t even think about going back to building everything manually and trying to connect platforms without integrations. I really hope that never happens.“
