Adobe Analytics is a robust web analytics platform that helps businesses measure and analyze customer interactions across multiple channels. It provides insights into user behavior, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation, enabling businesses to optimize marketing strategies, enhance user experience, and drive data-informed decision-making.
Adobe Analytics (formerly known as Omniture SiteCatalyst) is a comprehensive digital analytics system that works across multiple platforms and is considered by some as the best online analytics solution.
With Databox, your most important Adobe Analytics KPIs will be transformed into meaningful insights and delivered to your mobile, Apple Watch, TV display or Slack channels. Databox provides the possibility to copy Databoards – for example, you can copy a Databoard from the Agency to a Client account, where the two accounts have different Adobe Analytics Data Sources connected.
If such a Databoard contains a Custom metric from Adobe Analytics, Databox intentionally removes Segments from shared custom queries, where Report Suites don’t match between the two Adobe Analytics Data Sources (original and new). An Adobe Analytics Data Source is always tied to a specific Report Suite, chosen by the user upon connecting the Adobe Analytics Data Source. If Databox would not remove Segments when copying custom queries to other Databox accounts, these custom queries would return an error if the segment would not exist in the other Report Suite.
Currently, Metric Builder for Adobe Analytics Data Source does not offer the option to apply filters to queries for non-dimensional metrics. A potential workaround solution is to use Segments, which need to be created in Adobe Analytics.
