A six-week cohort designed to take you from learning to leading

The Predictable Scale Live Training Program runs from October 20th to December 5th, with a structured weekly rhythm designed to help you make steady, focused progress.

Each week, you’ll spend about 2 hours to:

  • Complete a chapter of the Predictable Scale source at your own pace.

  • Apply it directly to your business using the provided workbook.

  • Join a live 60-minute Zoom session every Friday at 11 AM ET with Pete Caputa and your cohort.

The live sessions are interactive, not lectures. You’ll review core concepts together, see how others are applying them, and discuss real submissions from the group. You’ll be expected to share your own work at least once, offering and receiving feedback as part of the learning process.

Weekly breakdown

  • Week 1 (Oct 13 – Oct 24): Understand why Predictable Scale matters, learn the SPEARS framework, and define your ideal customer.

  • Week 2 (Oct 27 – Oct 31): Clarify positioning, articulate competitive advantage, and set a long-term vision.

  • Week 3 (Nov 3 – Nov 7): Translate strategy into objectives, goals, and initiatives, and choose the right metrics to measure success.

  • Week 4 (Nov 10 – Nov 14): Build a forecast model, set annual and quarterly targets, and assign ownership.

  • Week 5 (Nov 17 – Nov 21): Break down goals into actionable rhythms, build a culture of execution, and learn how to adapt when things go off track.

  • Week 6 (Nov 24 – Nov 28): Break for Thanksgiving.

  • Week 7 (Dec 1 – Dec 5): Finalize your operating system for 2026.
