To track Total Post Reactions using Databox, follow these steps:

Post Reach is the number of people who saw your Facebook post. It only counts each person once, even if they viewed the post multiple times.
Get Direction Clicks is a metric that measures the number of times people clicked the "Get Directions" button on your Facebook Page to navigate to your business location.
Number of ratings for the Page (limited to ratings that are publicly accessible). Daily totals are not available for this metric. Instead, the total current value of this metric will be visualized cumulatively. No historical data is available from the initial connection.
Post Fan Reach by Post is a Facebook metric that measures the percentage of a Page's fans who saw each post. It helps you understand how well your content resonates with your audience.
