You shouldn’t have to dig around your email inbox, Slack, or your company wiki to see the latest sales numbers, or the number of leads generated this month, or the number of open support tickets. Your team should not manually be building scorecards, either. With Scorecards, you can select up to 15 metrics and automate performance updates of those metrics to your whole company, individual departments, or even just a couple of people.
You won’t have to log in to multiple tools for an updated and comprehensive look at performance. Add metrics from multiple data sources to one Scorecard. Select metrics from multiple data sources. No more waiting for a slide deck or an updated spreadsheet—the updates you need will be waiting in your inbox every day, week, and/or month.
Create one for high-level metrics and have a complete picture of how the business is performing. Or, create one with just marketing metrics to see how the website is performing and identify areas for improvement. Add one for sales and measure the efficiency of the funnel and individual salespeople. You can even let every team member set up their own Scorecards — there’s no limit to the number of Scorecards you can create.
No more questions or last-minute meetings asking how things are going. Add specific members of your team to your Scorecards and everyone will always be up-to-date with the latest performance trends without having to distract from the actual work. Choose the best day and time for everyone to receive the Scorecard. Watch as the conversations shift from asking where the data is to what you should do next.
Avoid the stress of learning about trends during a reporting meeting. With Scorecards, you’ll be able to identify trends as they happen and make adjustments—right now.
Scorecards can be delivered through email, Slack, or through the Databox mobile app.
