To track Negative Feedbacks by Type using Databox, follow these steps:
The Page Impressions metric measures how many times a Facebook Page or post has been viewed, including both organic and paid views. It indicates the overall reach and engagement of a Page.
Post Reach - Paid is the number of people who saw your post due to paid promotion, such as a boosted post or advertisement, on Facebook.
The Phone Number Clicks metric measures the number of times people clicked on the phone number link on your Facebook page, allowing them to call your business directly from their mobile device.
The Posts Published metric indicates the number of content pieces that have been successfully published on a Facebook page within a specific timeframe.
