To track Low Inventory Products using Databox, follow these steps:
The ‘Low Inventory Products’ metric is counted in Databox by getting an inventory of all the Shopify account items based on stock (0 or less – low stock levels) and then adding together the number of such products. This is the same way Shopify displays it in the User Interface in the Products tab, but the value can be different when observed in the Reports tab.
Pending (Unprocessed) Orders metric in Shopify refers to the number of orders that have been created by customers but are yet to be fulfilled or shipped out. These orders require action from the store owner or staff to process and fulfill them.
