Official Giveaway Rules

Giveaway Overview: We’re excited to announce a special giveaway for our upcoming event! A total of ten (10) winners will be selected from the first one hundred (100) event registrants:

• Five (5) winners who are not current Growth Plan customers will each receive a one-year subscription to our Annual Growth Plan.
• Five (5) winners who are current Growth Plan customers will each receive complimentary setup services (a $[insert value] value) to help implement new features within their organization.

Eligibility: This giveaway is open exclusively to the first one hundred (100) individuals who register for the event. Entrants must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to participate in promotional giveaways. Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Databox are not eligible to participate.

Winner Selection: Ten (10) winners will be selected at random from among the first 100 registrants. The selection process will be conducted by Databox and decisions are final.

Claiming Your Prize: Winners will be announced live during the keynote event. You must be present during the live event when your email address is announced to claim your prize. Failure to respond or confirm attendance at the time of the announcement may result in forfeiture of the prize.

General Terms:

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other consideration.
• Databox reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable for any reason.
• By entering, participants agree to allow Databox to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• Databox reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
• Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
