If there are hidden ‘Like Counts’ in the Instagram Business Account, the metric ‘New Posts by Likes Count’ will not display any data in Databox. If ‘Like Counts’ are available in the Instagram Business Account, the metric ‘New Posts by Likes Count’ will represent the count of the likes on each post. However, due to Instagram Business API limitations, only organic likes will be counted (likes received without the use of paid promotions). Boosted and paid likes are not included. Read more on metric limitations here. This is because the API only reports organic interaction metrics. Interactions on ads containing a media object are not counted. Learn more here.
The same limitations apply to the metric ‘Top Posts by Likes Count’.
