  • Discrepancy for MailChimp metric ‘New Subscribed Contacts’

In MailChimp the metric ‘New Subscribed Contacts’ only displays the number of new subscribers. However, in Databox the value for metric ‘New Subscribed Contacts’ is calculated from the values of the metric ‘Total Subscribed Contacts’
The calculation is set up so that it shows the difference between the value of ‘Total Subscribed Contacts’ yesterday and the value of ‘Total Subscribed Contacts’ today (the current day). The value for ‘New Subscribed Contacts’ displayed in Databox also includes any unsubscribes that occurred during the specified time period.
