In order for a list to show in the Metric ‘Active Contacts by List’, at least 1 contact needs to be added to the list after the Active Campaign Account has been connected to Databox.
The 500 latest campaigns are being fetched for the ‘Active Contacts by List’ Metric. Databox will store the accumulated total values without any historical data, so no data will be available for dates before the Metric was first used in Databox.
Contacts represent individuals or organizations present in your ActiveCampaign account who have opted in to receive communication from you. The Contacts metric tracks the number of unique email addresses or unique individuals/organizations in your account.
