To track Top Keywords by Position (incl. Local, Hotel, Business Name) using Databox, follow these steps:

When you set up a Project in Semrush, make sure that you enter your Domain without ‘www’. When connecting Semrush to Databox, the Domain should be entered in the form ‘urlname.com’ and not as ‘www.urlname.com’.
Note that the Project Domain cannot be changed for existing projects in Semrush. Instead, a new Project with the Project Domain in the correct form has to be created in Semrush and a new connection should be set up in Databox using the correct Domain. Historical data can be pulled into the new Project.
If the Project Domain is not set correctly, this can cause missing keywords for the ‘Top Keywords by Position’ metric.
SEMrush API does not return data for the ‘Today’ Date Range for all Top Keywords by Position metrics, since the position is not final until the day is over. Due to this limitation, the data for ‘Today’ Date Range will not be visible in Databox.

The Keywords in TOP 3 metric shows the number of organic search keywords that a domain or URL ranks for in the top three results on Google search engine, excluding local pack and hotel results. This metric indicates the level of SEO success and the potential for organic traffic to the website.
Keywords in TOP 20 is a SEMrush metric that shows the number of keywords a website ranks for in the top 20 search engine results pages. It helps gauge a website's search visibility and SEO performance.
Keywords in TOP 100 (without Hotels) is a SEMrush metric that counts the number of keywords for which your website appears in the top 100 search results, excluding hotels. This helps to assess your website's visibility in search engines for relevant keywords in your industry.
Total CPC (Cost Per Click) split up by Domain Adwords Keywords. No historical data is available from before the initial connection.
