The Uninvoiced Billable Hours metric tracks the total billable hours spent by team members on a project that have not yet been invoiced to the client.
With Databox you can track all your metrics from various data sources in one place.
Used to show a simple Metric or to draw attention to one key number.
Databox is a business analytics software that allows you to track and visualize your most important metrics from any data source in one centralized platform.
To track Uninvoiced Billable Hours using Databox, follow these steps:
Uninvoiced metrics are created by aggregating values from Time Entries that are billable but have not been invoiced yet. This means that once a billable entry is added to an invoice, it will no longer be counted in API and fetched by Databox. However, since Databox already synced a value for that entry in the past, the old value will remain in the metric and thus create a discrepancy.
The values fetched are correct when they are first synced for the specific period. As they move from uninvoiced to invoiced and paid in the days after the specific period, that change cannot be synced post-historically, and hence Databox will display the initially fetched values.
The Billable Hours by Projects metric measures the amount of time spent by employees on specific projects that can be billed to clients, providing insight into project profitability and employee productivity.
Non-billable hours by clients is a metric that measures the amount of time spent on client work that cannot be billed, typically due to contractual terms or scope creep.
Uninvoiced amount is the total value of work completed by a business that has not yet been invoiced to clients or customers. It is an important metric for tracking outstanding revenue and cash flow.
The Expenses by Category metric displays how much money has been spent in various categories such as utilities, travel, or office supplies over a specific period of time.
Hourly Budget is a metric in Harvest that tracks the amount of time and money spent on a project per hour, allowing you to stay within your budget and make informed decisions.
The Hourly Budget by Clients metric tracks the amount of billable hours budgeted by each client per hour to ensure projects are staying within estimated costs and to adjust client expectations if necessary.
Budget by Projects is a financial metric that tracks the planned and actual expenses of a specific project, helping teams stay on track with their budgeting goals.
The Active Projects by Client metric breaks down ongoing projects by each client, providing insight into client demand and resource allocation.
