The Uninvoiced Billable Hours metric tracks the total billable hours spent by team members on a project that have not yet been invoiced to the client.
With Databox you can track all your metrics from various data sources in one place.
Used to show a simple Metric or to draw attention to one key number.
Databox is a business analytics software that allows you to track and visualize your most important metrics from any data source in one centralized platform.
To track Uninvoiced Billable Hours using Databox, follow these steps:
Uninvoiced metrics are created by aggregating values from Time Entries that are billable but have not been invoiced yet. This means that once a billable entry is added to an invoice, it will no longer be counted in API and fetched by Databox. However, since Databox already synced a value for that entry in the past, the old value will remain in the metric and thus create a discrepancy.
The values fetched are correct when they are first synced for the specific period. As they move from uninvoiced to invoiced and paid in the days after the specific period, that change cannot be synced post-historically, and hence Databox will display the initially fetched values.
Non-Billable Hours is a measure of time spent on tasks that cannot be billed to clients, such as internal meetings, training, and administrative work.
Non-billable hours by clients is a metric that measures the amount of time spent on client work that cannot be billed, typically due to contractual terms or scope creep.
Non-Billable Hours by Tasks measures the amount of time a team spends on tasks that cannot be billed to a client, helping to identify non-productive or inefficient activities.
The Billable Amount metric tracks the total amount of money earned from billable hours or project tasks completed by team members. It helps gauge the revenue generated by the team and informs billing and invoicing processes.
Billable Amount by Team measures the total amount of billable work completed by a specific team or group of people within a set time period.
Uninvoiced amount is the total value of work completed by a business that has not yet been invoiced to clients or customers. It is an important metric for tracking outstanding revenue and cash flow.
The Budget by Clients metric shows the total amount of money a client has allocated for a project or their overall account, providing insight into their spending habits and potential future revenue opportunities.
Team Capacity measures the amount of work a team can realistically accomplish within a given period of time, accounting for holidays, vacations, and other factors.
