The Total Loads by Projects metric tracks the number of times videos are viewed across all projects in a Wistia account, providing insights into overall view engagement and campaign performance.

Double-check that the following steps were taken:
1. Before the creation of the Pardot OAuth App, was the Salesforce account linked with the Pardot account properly?
2. In the connection process, was each step from this help article followed precisely? Was the Pardot Business Unit ID provided? Was the Pardot OAuth App created?
3. Verify that the Pardot OAuth App user (the one that created the Pardot OAuth App and whose Salesforce credentials are used by Databox to connect the Pardot Data Source) has System Admin or Developers permissions for Salesforce Lightning.
4. Confirm that the Salesforce account that is being connected is one of the following editions with API access:
– Enterprise Edition
– Unlimited Edition
– Developer Edition
– Performance Edition
5. Confirm that the User, who is connecting the Data Source, can see the ‘App Manager’ in their Pardot account. This will confirm that the given user has the permissions needed to make the connection.
Users need to navigate to the ‘App Manager’ in their Pardot account and make sure to uncheck the field ‘Require Proof Key for Code Exchange (PKCE) Extension for Support Authorization Flows’. To connect Pardot to Databox, this checkbox needs to be unchecked in the Pardot account.
6. The only checkbox that needs to be checked in the Pardot account to connect Pardot in Databox is ‘Require Secret for Web Server Flow’.
