To participate in the Solutions Partner Program, you must:
As a solutions partner, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to market and sell Databox’s products/services in accordance with these terms.
Solutions partner client users must purchase their own subscription in order to be added as users on their Client Account. This subscription will be associated with and accessible from the Solutions Partner Account. Solutions Partners are not required to purchase a Databox subscription, but it is encouraged.
Solutions Partners must keep all proprietary information, including pricing, marketing strategies, and customer data, confidential and must not disclose this information to third parties without Databox’s written consent.
Databox reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately for any breach of these terms.
Databox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the solutions partner’s participation in this program.
Databox reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Solutions Partners will be notified of any changes.
By participating in the Solutions Partner Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
