Databox is always looking for ways to improve its interface. It's smooth – data updates quickly and it's easy to use. The customer-service is super responsive, and always willing to step in and help out with the Databoards (dashboards) I'm working on. I would say it is my favorite tool to use as an analyst – ever!

The platform is very user-friendly. It's easy to learn and the customer service takes their time to walk you through all of the features and questions you may have when learning the platform. The platform has so many integrations and is incredibly flexible.

For my clients, Databox makes it easier to demonstrate an ROI for inbound and paid media initiatives. When I'm keeping track of the effectiveness of our digital marketing, saves me time. I can display the dashboard at board meetings with vibrant charts and figures, and we also built it into the websites so everyone who visits can easily see our accomplishments.

I adore databox for a lot of reasons. It's quite intuitive, to start. You don't have to be an expert with data. With sophisticated data modelling capabilities, we can change the measurement display, and the programme really manages all the frames for me. Additionally, everything has built-in connectors, so I can often create a fantastic dashboard with only a few clicks. The programme itself has a nice appearance, and it has some useful features that allow for the clear visualisation of a lot of data.

For us databox has given us great visualisation on the data and creating reports from different sources such as Hubspot, bigcommerce, google analytics, search console, etc. All in one place to understand our metrics and create effective reports. Scheduling reports are very easy too and helpful

My overall experience with Databox is really excellent. It is a little complex but loaded with features. It will seem complex at first set up, but once you get the hang of it, you will really love it. Please reduce the price for individuals or small organizations like us, then I will never leave Databox.

I really enjoy using Databox dashboards. They make it easy for me to see all of the important data that I need in one place. I can also customize the dashboards to show me exactly what I want to see. The only downside is that they can be a bit tricky to set up at first, but once you get the hang of it, they're great!

What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?
Default QuickBooks online does not provide an in-depth dashboard. To use data, we need to export in excel manually and then prepare pivot tables. Using Databox gives us an instant dashboard with in-depth analysis, which we sometimes tend to ignore. Now I have a dashboard that sync by itself. Another problem it solves is to share the dashboard with our clients with a user level access so that they dont see what they are not suppose to. It has saved us lot of time in creating dashboards by ourselves.

The best part about databox is that I don't have to work on the raw data to prepare dashboards for my organization. Databox integrates with other softwares like QuickBooks Online or Sendgrid and pulls all the data, syncs, and prepares dashboards. It gives the option to either use their pre-built templates or one can custom-choose the metrics. Customer support is otherwise good and prompt. We use this to create dashboard for our customers to view metrices on daily basis.

Overall, my experience with Databox has been great. The positives of using a powerful and effective tool like Databox outweigh any negatives that I can currently think of.

The best thing about Databox is its flexibility. You are able to display nearly anything that you'd like as long as the integration is supported. Reporting can be automated and streamlined, saving time.

There is a bit of a learning curve initially. However, it is not impossible to figure it out by any means. I think greater resources and the implementation of these resources in easy-to-locate areas would be great.

Databox saves a lot of time when you need to present multiple reports as you can just do that by creating a template and just changing the date range as and when required.

Databox reporting tool makes your life easy as it has a simple drag and drop interface to generate reports. It also has option to use predefined templates that make it easy for you to create reports from scratch. Databox tool links with multiple datasource and also allows you to create custom formulas and metrics to be used in the reporting.

There is a lag in the data numbers to get updated. There should be an option to set up the refresh interval manually as per the convenience.

Although Databox is largely DIY, feel free to contact their help staff if you have any questions about configuring your data. They are quite beneficial. a simple way to compile, reliably display, and show all of my various marketing data in an understandable manner. We are attempting to gather all of our data from various sources and use Databox to show it in accordance with our needs.

I like how simple the programme is to use and how simple my life is as a result. i do love it. it's something i'm planning on bringing with me if i ever switch jobs. i like how easy it is. at first we were about to cancel databox cause no one knew how to work with it. once i learned the specific way you needed to set up the code then i was like THIS IS EASY and now have made way too many dashboards

the visualizations are great and is easy to customize. I always thought Tableau was too much. Databox gives you nice-looking dashboards without it being overall flashy or complicated
