It has a large number of integrations with various applications that are quite useful in the world of digital marketing (facebook ads, google ads, salesforce, twitter …) which is quite practical when requesting a report from or analytics operation of our strategies, in addition its interface has a fairly neat and clean design that allows me an uncomplicated navigation at all times, the fact that it has the mobile version for me has been quite useful and effective, since it allows me to have access to all the information I need from my phone, without worrying about where I am, the reports that it issues in my opinion are quite complete as far as information is concerned, they have been very useful to me to design and rethink strategies that allow a faster growth of my company's marketing.
What do you dislike about Databox?
The only complaint I have in this regard is the fact that the reports are not customizable, that is, I am obliged to select a weekly or monthly report, I cannot select a range of dates of my interest to analyze.

It has become my right hand to analyze the effectiveness of the strategies that I have proposed in my company in terms of digital marketing, which has allowed me to make modifications to my strategies if necessary.

Excellent and Beautiful, But….

What do you like best about Databox?
The design is very beautiful and versatile, it looks nice on all of my devices. Good Job Databox. Another thing I love about databox is its simplicity, it is simple, and without any unnecessary things, which makes it easier to operate.

What do you dislike about Databox?
It is quite expensive, personally, I only use the basic plan, which is $50 per month. No complaints about the performance.

Worst experience so far. After a certain period of time.. It automatically resets the entire metrics that you have painfully taken time to set up. Then after few days it literally shows no data whatsoever… Such a painful experience

What do you like best about Databox?
Everything has been built to make easier the challenge. And if for some reason, I wasn't able to get a solution (it really happened) I contacted customer support, and they gave me gently the way to do it.
I really loved Databox.

We use Databox to mostly support the visualizations we need in our reports.

I have used several tools for data visualization like Tableau & R Studio, however I feel that Databox is the best out of all of them. The integrations that are offered are the best in market, it supports most of the software and tools we already use thus the transition was quite easy.

The configuration time is minimal and you can customize the templates of the panels if they do not adapt to the measurements you need, in my case it happened and it was not at all complicated to change them, once you finish configuring it you do not worry about the updates anymore These are automatic, it is a tool that has allowed me to know the profile of businesses that are more likely to use an electronic payment method.

The basic account (free), allows me to have up to 3 panels running and updating continuously throughout the day, I have activated the stripe business account to a panel and customized it so that it will send me the summary of my email in the morning the transactions of the previous day, when there is a claim for double load or error at the time of payment, I can access the panel, the control is always kept open on my computer and control the detail of each operation.

When I needed to obtain the performance data of ads and content generated for social networks I had to export the data in excel and make formulas to count and add the data of scope, expense, interactions, video reproductions, etc. With Databox I have all these results updated every 5 minutes and I no longer need to export the data in excel to process them.

It is easy to connect it to almost all the platforms that I use to achieve the marketing results of the company, it is interactive so I can consult data from previous months, current or have a vision of the results that I will get if I continue with the current strategy, since that extrapolates growth, in case I need another performance indicator I can add it from the default list with just one click.

i was having problem with the data visualization and frankly I thought it be more high tech because of the component use in the software but their is a lot bugs to be work out of this software but overall it not bad software product but need to fix some issues like the text formatting for the data blocks or the dash board for accounts which need improvement to make this product sell better to businesses and companies.

IN my opinion Data box is better than most competitor software because it a great marketing tool that tracking digital and social media marketing performances. I like the UI interface along with it allowing user to connect many different multiple sources of data.

I like the idea to see all the views of my google Chanel under one dashboard. UI is simple and working with multiple accounts is just very easy.

Signup is very fast with google, and without the password, it is more secure as my google have two-way auth.
I use our youtube channel statistics and some ads result under one dashboard. All the URL and video views give me an idea about my general and shared video views.
It is workes on API so my data does not get altered and the reporting is really nice. Daily, weekly and monthly reporting features are really convenient to use.
All my channels statistics I can view under one dashboard and one login. I event don't have to log on to the all account to see all the daily views.
The connection or integration is just flawless, but not all the options are free. When I tried google sheets to get a report from it I found it is included with paid plans. But the free plan offers enough for me to connect 2 of my channel and see about them.

For example, if I have an activation event, I can quickly notice the panel updates as the activity increases and from where I am getting traffic.

What do you dislike about Databox?
The price goes up a lot when you exceed 5 panels, personally I prefer that there is a price from 2 panels simultaneously in use or that the panels can be activated or deactivated when they are not in use, this because you need a lot of time to configure one and if the platform it asks you to delete it you have to do it without being able to recover them later if you change your plan.

Overall, as a general dashboarding tool for a small business, Databox is really quick to set up and start using and has great connectivity with other commonly-used startup tools.

Databox is far easier to get to grips with than more complex enterprise tools such as Tableau or Looker, whilst offering more ETL capabilities out of the box compared to PowerBI or Google Data Studio. This means that you don't have to worry about managing data and bringing it all into one place with an additional tool.
For a small business where the data might flow from an engineering team to a marketing team without dedicated data resource in the middle, this makes Databox an excellent tool for dashboards and visualisation.

If you want to report from multiple sources at once then use this

It is extremely flexible and it solves the problem of creating reports using spreadsheets to pull in custom data. You also can display your report in a variety of different graphical styles.

Once a report is created the viewer of the report can filter each graph by a specific date range.

Once I got the hang of using Databox I've come to love how flexible and powerful it is and would recommend it to anyone who needs to create a custom report for their business.

Databox makes it easy to create custom reports from multiple sources. For example, I've created a single report using Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Normally this would be impossible in a single report.

You can use many different sources and Databox has multiple integrations that help you get started. If there isn't integration you still upload custom spreadsheets and create a report from those.

Within each report metric you can then filter down to the specific metric you want. You can also create calculated metrics to create your own metrics.

Before using Databox my department and company used manual sheets or jobcards to track individual employee output. This made it hard to track actual employee's output versus reported output. The most beautiful reporting tool ever!

My management loves the reports they receive. Good thing is that the snapshots get attached to the emails so they do not have to open any URL or an excel file to view the reports. The snapshot feature is truly brilliant.

It's great if you don't have a ton of different accounts to work between. We personally prefer Google Data Studio dashboards for Google products, but this works well for some of our other platforms.
