Scrolling through your dashboards has never been easier than it is on mobile. Swipe left to browse through all of the dashboards in your company’s Databox account. Swipe up/down to view all of the metric visualizations in any specific dashboard and stay in the know even when you’re on the go.
‘Favorite’ your most important metrics so that they’re easily accessible in the “Favorites” tab in the Databox mobile app. View your current performance and compare it to previous periods in order to identify upward or downward trends.
Designing mobile dashboards is no easy-feat. It’s not as simple as taking your desktop dashboards and making them available on your mobile app, like other dashboard software tools do. At Databox, we started by building mobile dashboards for F500 companies and have designed our app functionality to work natively on your phone. Fonts and graphs are automatically sized for your screen with the right aspect ratio, tapping your screen works like clicking your mouse, swiping your screen left and right will get you to the next dashboard and pinching your screen… well maybe you should just try it and tell us what you think.
Use our no-code desktop designer and robust native integrations with popular software tools to build your dashboards in minutes. Databox dashboards are automatically resized for your mobile device-- no extra work required by you. Want to see how they’ll look on mobile? No problem. Just toggle to the mobile view. Want the dashboard metrics to be in a different order on your mobile view? No problem. Just drag and drop them up and down.
With the Databox mobile app, you’ll see the same sophisticated visualizations that you see on your desktop. Databox mobile views allow the same 18 visualization types our desktop dashboards have. This isn’t a dumbed-down app for you to just check your high-level metrics (unless that’s all you want). Use your mobile to analyze correlation between metrics, look at historical data and drill down into why metrics are moving in one direction or the other.
Any of the goals you set in Databox will be viewable in the “Goals” tab in the mobile app, or displayed and displayed right on your dashboards too. Filter goals by goal owner to quickly gauge how the team is progressing toward the goals they need to hit or browse your dashboards and see why you are or aren’t hitting them.
Enable performance Alerts and Scorecards to be delivered directly to your mobile device. This way, you won’t have to go looking for performance updates. The performance updates come to you. Scorecards can be set to a daily, weekly, or monthly frequency.. Alerts will only be sent according to the criteria you set, i.e. if a performance goal is likely to be hit or missed, or a key metric goes above or below a certain threshold or changes by a specific percentage.
Have additional context or insights you’d like to add to specific metrics in a dashboard? Now, you don’t have to wait until you get back to the office (and risk forgetting.) With the Databox mobile app, you can add annotations to any metric in any dashboard right from your mobile device.
The Databox mobile app is the uppermost layer of the Databox platform and the most user-oriented tool in the suite. It provides instant business insights through an intuitive experience tailored for smartphones, tablets and wearables.
