When there are multiple campaigns, automations (or other similar entities) with the same name available in the Active Campaign Data Source, Databox distinguish these entities by appending the ID of the entity between parenthesis next to the original name – e.g. Campaign Name (Campaign_ID). The ID is only appended if more than one entity with the same dimension value is available in the Data Source. If all of them are unique, then the ID will not be appended to the dimension text.
If any data discrepancy appears for appended IDs, validate data by inspecting the ID added to the original name in Databox and comparing it to the ID at the end of the URL within opened report in ActiveCampaign account.
Active Campaign Dimensional Metrics such as Sent Emails/Opens/Clicks by Campaign are of Current Metric type, which means that no historical data is available for dates before the Metric is first used in Databox account. Due to this API limitation, all dimensions are pushed to the same date and time, therefore it’s not possible to sort dimensions by date on a Table.
