Beautifully displayed analytics reporting
It's a headache trying to provide reports to different SEO clients. This nearly eliminates that hassle and saves me a ton of time. The UI is amazing and the UX s clear for clients to see everything visually.

I am very pleased with the layout, data and platform availability I am seeing with Databox. The expense of using large data platforms and having multiple reporting sources is all but eliminated with the use of Databox. I am very pleased and excited to use this going forward.

The system is very good. Makes everything much easier. I would love to use more dashboards and more accounts, but the monthly amount is very expensive.

Way too expensive at $49/month to get hourly data updates. Even hourly is not fast enough. Nice try. We spend $9.99 a month on our server monitoring and it's realtime.
Not cool, you're saying that you offer Instagram analytics and in fact you're not. Am I missing something? Update April 13, 2017 – it seems that the Instagram Analytics was included. Thanks for the reply, Databox.

Give it a shot. It's worth the effort to setup at least your trial account. But focus on KPIs and let your other dashboards take care of the rest.
What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily review of KPIs from Google Analytics. Still early to say, but very handy views of metrics we care about the most. They have a lot more connectors to what I don't use, so options being provided to customers is very comprehensive, especially option to connect to MySQL and Postgresql databases.Flexibility in building dashboards that are both mobile and laptop friendly.
I really enjoy using Databox. My team is now literally on the same page when it comes to numbers.

Overall Databox is awesome. Used mostly for Hubspot/CRM Data visualization.
I love that I can push data from offline/non-public sources to compare with our Hubspot metrics. I'm hoping that the Hubspot integration becomes more robust over time, I would love to do more with it.

It's the onlynapp I can find that gives me metrics so simple that I can use them.
I asked for a specific graphing method and databox made the customization in a flash. I also like the simplicity of the data analysis provided. Nothing complicated. Just straightforward very useful metrics. A few. That makes it actionable. Not like those other apps that just provide a ton of data but very little information

Visually its the best I've seen (and I've seen a lot). The integrations are pretty flawless as far as setup goes. I had one small hickup but the team was on it and fixed. The phone app is great and you can even administer the phone data views separate to the desktop – that's awesome!
I've just begun exploring Databox, but I've been very impressed with their customer support so far.
It integrates with Mixpanel, Intercom, Zapier, Hubspot, Postgres, and every other piece of SaaS I'm likely to need to report from.

Easy to use, yet full of features
First impression goes to the interface which is very nice, professional and clear. There was one small problem during the setup, but the support from the team was very fast. I find the price too high, but it's fair to say that it's not my "native" currency, so maybe it's because of the exchange rate. Still I'm here to stay as a free user and really encourage you to try it out.

I really love the UI. It's easy to navigate and sync all types of data sources (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.) and it's super user-friendly.
I'm new to Databox, but it has most features that I've been wanting to include in a report.

Zendesk dashboards
I have setup Zendesk dashboards for my support tickets. Although the Zendesk integration is still in Beta my experience has been mostly very positive. As someone who does not have much of a background in setting up reports I still found it pretty easy to set up and use. The customer support was great with a quick response time and dedication to answering all my questions.
I would like some more options to visually customise the design of the Datawalls and also more options for data comparisons (current period v.s historical) and also a way to set up a way to look for and notify spikes in values i.e. trending issues.
Great software for easy dashboarding
Databox is quite the piece of software. It's great for simply connecting your datasources and pulling it all in a single dashboard to create a quick and easy overview of all your data. Especially as a datawall on a big screen like a large tv it looks simply amazing. Sadly you need a paid subscription if you also want to view your data on your smartphone, something small companies like us don't have a budget for.
