A very simple way of grabbing snippets of telemetry on the go. Would recommend. Also, if you've got an iOS device for work, the apple watch interface is brilliant.

Great customer service.
They really help you along the entire process. I actually made a typo during setup and they took some time, but they came up with solution and helped me continue using the service. This just shows the companies attitude towards users and i will rate them the best. About the service, I haven't used much. Will update later.

What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting strong visualizations of data that are accessible both on mobile and web.Databox is a cut above the rest when it comes to the visualization of data. I've tried a number of products in this category and can confidently say that from a design perspective they are the leading age. The integrations they have and are building towards and also very strong. I've connected Hubspot as well as Google Sheets (via Zapier) and am very pleased with the results.
Everything seems pre-prepared and it's very easy to set up.
When connecting something like Adobe Analytics it becomes a bit hard to find the API key and to type it in. Same applies for a few other connectors as well. Later I discovered I can do that in webapp without hassle – do yourself a favor and do the same.

We tried a few other apps. None came close to the ease of use, flexibility, simplicity and customer support we got from databox. At one point we need a specific attribute from MixPanel, and after asking support on how to do this, they actually rolled up a new feature into production in less than a weeks time. (Maybe it was in the pipeline, but it's still amazing)

We've been able to finally pull in marketing, sales and customer service information all into one place and visualize it in a way that works for the different members of our team in an automated fashion! No more manual report generation for us!The platform is set up in a way that makes it very easy to connect your various data points before then building out your very own customized data walls and mobile reports.

Easy to get started
Everything is pre-prepared and it's very easy to set up.
The UI is amazing and I can integrate everything I use for my business (Google Analytics, Stripe and Intercom) but I'm missing some detailed drilldows to which I'm used to in Google Analytics. Specifying a custom time interval instead of pre-defined ones would be nice. Good work though, keep it up.
Works like a charm! Love the visuals. Need a couple more integrations for me to have everything in one spot. Also, I can't seem to find a way to remove metrics. Other than that, it's fantastic!

To date, our monthly, quarterly, and annual campaign reporting has been an incredibly manual process. And the output we've included in our reports hasn't always provided actionable insights or groundbreaking optics. This is an opportunity to change that!The ability to connect multiple data sources to a single portal and build out a dashboard of data modules specific to my needs has been a real game changer for our agency. Additionally, the ability to enter goals and perform calculations between metrics is a huge opportunity for us to level up our reporting.

Give it your all during the free trial, and set yourself up for success, to understand what it is you want out of the service, as some things are only available on higher up plans. If you're willing to spend the money, you're in for great things.

Too much data in too many places and a difficult time using it to tell a story. I think it helps me visualize the story I'm trying to send. I'm a storyteller, and I often have a hard time with numbers and been analytical and data-minded. I think this helps keep me familiar with the numbers most important to me by keeping my narrative up to date and in my face, with their morning push notification of my updated datacard!Sure I could be looking at this on my own Google analytics dashboard, but it brings in everything I need all at once, at a glance. If it's not a day where I intend to spend time looking at certain pieces of data, I love that I still have the peace of mind knowing how my topline numbers look. I love aggregation services, and this is comprehensive and advanced.
