Databox only fetches the first 1000 orders when preparing the following metrics from BigCommerce data source:
– Orders by Product
– Merchandising Revenue by Product
– Products Sold
– Products sold by Brand
– Units Sold
– Quantity Sold by Product
– Quantity Sold by Brand
This means that Databox is not retrieving all orders from the user’s BigCommerce account, potentially leading to data discrepancies when analyzing older orders. This limitation is due to restrictive API rate limits imposed by BigCommerce.
