To connect a Facebook Groups account in Databox, the Facebook Group user connecting the account needs to be an Admin in Facebook Groups – as mentioned in the help article here. In case the user connecting the Data Source is not an Admin in Facebook Groups, they can ask an Admin for credentials or use the ‘Ask teammate to connect’ option to connect the Data Source, as per the Help article How to connect a Data Source you don’t have direct access to.
For this integration to work properly, Databox App needs to be installed in the given Facebook group, otherwise, Databox does not have access to the data in the group – no or invalid data is provided via the API, like zero values, ‘0’.
Installation instructions can be found here: Add or remove an app from a Facebook group you admin and Manage what information third-party apps can access in your Facebook group
